Please read the following terms and conditions of Pleasures and Treasures Agreement carefully. By accessing the information on Pleasures and Treasures site, you confirm that you understand, accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions, you may not access Pleasures and Treasures site. All references to Pleasures and Treasures in this agreement shall include the Pleasures and Treasures web site, Pleasures and Treasures and its directors, officers, employees, consultants, shareholders, agents and attorneys as applicable. Access to Pleasures and Treasures is restricted to the individuals 18 years of age and older.

Please confirm your shipping address before you check out. We are not liable for product shipping once it has left our facilities. Examples where we cannot help you include: If you are no longer at the address when the package arrives such as shipping to a hotel, if you are not there to receive it at your home or elsewhere, or if you do not claim it in time from a shipping facility.

Inventory information

We do not keep all merchandise in inventory, in our warehouses. We cannot guarantee that a product listed as "In Stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when you place your order and sold out by the time your order is processed. If any selected merchandise is temporarily out of stock, your credit card will not be charged until the merchandise is shipped to you. Please note: Any items not in stock when you place your order will be shipped immediately when received from the manufacturer at no additional cost.

Tracking numbers- most items carry a tracking number once sent. However; on occasion, the tracking may not appear for up to 3 days after the item is sent.
On rare occasions,  The Post Office has inadvertently not issued a tracking #. If there is no tracking number, please wait for the usual 3 to 5 weeks before contacting us.

We will do an investigation with the post office and a refund will be issued on a case-by-case basis.

Risk of loss

All items purchased at Pleasures and Treasures are being shipped in accordance with a carrier's shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and the title to such items is going to be passed to a purchaser upon our delivery to a carrier.
